NCT ID NCT00698607
First seen May 01, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study tested two different drug-coated stents (Everolimus vs. Sirolimus) in over 1,400 people with narrowed heart arteries. It also looked at whether taking a blood thinner for 6 months is as safe and effective as taking it for 12 months after getting a stent. The goal was to see which combination keeps arteries open longer and reduces heart problems.
