Scientists test donor stem cells to fight Alzheimer's
NCT ID NCT07367815
Summary
This early-stage study aims to find out if stem cells from a donor's fat tissue are safe to give to people with mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease. Nine participants will receive the cells through an IV, starting with a low dose to check for side effects. The main goal is to see if the treatment is safe, while also looking for early signs it might help with brain inflammation or function.
