Summary
This trial is testing a stem cell transplant procedure for people with severe genetic immune disorders that cause frequent infections, autoimmune diseases, and poor quality of life. The goal is to replace the faulty immune system with a healthy one from a donor. The study is enrolling 25 participants aged 5 to 40 who have not responded to standard medications.
