Summary
This study tests a stem cell transplant for people aged 5 to 40 with severe immune disorders like common variable immunodeficiency (CVID) or other conditions that cause the immune system to attack the body. The goal is to replace the faulty immune system with a healthy donor's stem cells using a gentle chemotherapy and radiation approach. Researchers will track survival and how well the donor cells take over over time.
