First seen Apr 19, 2026 · Last updated Apr 24, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study looks at whether a donor stem cell transplant (allogeneic) can help prevent leukemia from coming back in people newly diagnosed with a high-risk form of acute myeloid leukemia (CBF-AML). About 90 participants will receive standard chemotherapy followed by a transplant. Researchers will track how long patients stay cancer-free, overall survival, and side effects.
