Summary

This study tests a stem cell transplant for people with common variable immunodeficiency (CVID) and other immune disorders. It aims to replace faulty immune cells with healthy donor cells to control the disease. Participants are aged 5 to 40 and receive a reduced-intensity transplant. The goal is to improve survival and immune function, but lifelong medication may still be needed.
