First seen Jun 09, 2026 · Last updated Jun 09, 2026
Summary
This study tests if injections of stem cells from donated fat tissue can improve the look and feel of old burn scars. About 39 adults with scars that are at least 2 years old will receive stem cells in one scar area and a placebo in another. The goal is to see if the treatment reduces pain, itching, and tightness, and improves scar quality.
