Summary

This study tests whether injecting stem cells from fat tissue into the fingers can heal painful, non-healing ulcers caused by scleroderma. About 32 adults with at least one active ulcer will receive either stem cells or a placebo. The goal is to see if the treatment helps ulcers heal more completely and safely than placebo.
