Stem cell gel may speed burn healing in new trial

Summary
This study tests whether a gel made from human umbilical cord stem cells and cow collagen can safely help third-degree burn wounds heal faster. About 108 adults with burns covering 1-5% of their body will receive the gel or a placebo. The main goal is to see how much and how quickly the skin grows back.
