Could stem cell exosomes help stroke patients recover?

Summary

This study tests a new treatment made from stem cell exosomes (tiny particles) given through an IV to people who recently had a stroke. The goal is to see if it is safe and helps improve recovery. About 29 adults aged 18-70 with moderate to severe stroke symptoms will take part. The treatment is given within 1 to 7 days after the stroke, and results are compared to a placebo.
