Summary
This study is testing a new method to help patients recover their immune systems faster after a stem cell transplant for leukemia. It involves giving patients a special, filtered portion of their donor's immune cells, aiming to reduce the risk of life-threatening viral and fungal infections. The trial is for children and young adults under 25 who are at high risk of their cancer returning.
