Summary
This study is testing whether adding cholesterol-lowering statin drugs can protect the heart in patients receiving targeted therapy for early-stage HER2-positive breast cancer. Researchers want to see if statins reduce treatment delays or early stops caused by heart side effects. The goal is to help patients complete their cancer treatment safely and improve their quality of life.
