Summary
This study aims to develop and test a telehealth program called StEP OUT to prevent childhood obesity in Hispanic/Latinx families. Researchers will work with 40 pregnant women to see if the program is easy to use and well-liked. The focus is on supporting breastfeeding and healthy eating habits from early on.
