New combo aims to shrink bladder tumors before surgery for cisplatin-ineligible patients

Summary
This study tests a combination of the drug enfortumab vedotin and targeted radiation before bladder removal surgery in people with muscle-invasive bladder cancer who cannot take the standard chemotherapy drug cisplatin. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and can eliminate or shrink the tumor before surgery. About 19 participants will receive different schedules of the drug and radiation to find the best dose.
