Summary

This study compares two types of staplers (linear vs circular) used to reconnect the esophagus to the small intestine after the stomach is removed due to gastric cancer. About 100 patients will take part to see which stapler leads to fewer complications and shorter surgery time. The goal is to provide clear evidence to help surgeons choose the best tool.
