Summary

This study is testing whether a free smartphone app called Stanford SpineKeeper can help people manage chronic low back pain. Participants choose between a 28-day program focused on relaxation or increasing activity, using educational materials from trusted health organizations. The goal is to see if using the app improves pain, movement, and daily function. The study is currently suspended and was open to iPhone users over 18 with long-term back pain.
