NCT ID NCT07452406
Summary
This study is testing a new, step-by-step plan to help patients safely stop using high-flow nasal oxygen therapy. It will involve 2000 adults in 8 hospitals who are recovering from serious breathing problems. The goal is to see if this standard plan helps more patients successfully stop the oxygen support within 5 days compared to the usual, less consistent approach.
