First seen Nov 15, 2025 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study tests whether taking statins can prevent heart problems caused by HER2-targeted therapy in women with early-stage breast cancer. About 60 participants will receive statins alongside their cancer treatment to see if it reduces treatment delays or early stops due to heart toxicity. The goal is to help patients complete their cancer therapy without heart-related interruptions.
