Summary
This study is testing a device called the Minuteman G5 Fusion Plate, which is already approved for use, to see how well it helps people with chronic low back pain caused by degenerative spine conditions. About 150 adults who are candidates for this surgery will be followed for a year. The goal is to measure improvements in pain, daily function, and movement using questionnaires and motion-sensor tests.
