Summary

This study tested a new drug called ST-01, given as a shot into the spermatic cord every 28 days, to see if it safely reduces chronic scrotal pain better than standard lidocaine. 63 men with pain lasting over 3 months took part. The main goal was to measure pain changes using a 0-10 scale over 56 days.
