Summary

This study tests whether three different diets can reduce bloating and other stomach issues in people with systemic sclerosis (scleroderma). Sixty participants will be randomly assigned to a low FODMAP diet, a CDED diet, or standard NICE dietary advice. The goal is to find which diet best eases uncomfortable gastrointestinal symptoms.
