NCT ID NCT07318155

Summary

This study is testing a new injectable drug called SRSD107 for people with chronic coronary artery disease (CAD) or peripheral artery disease (PAD). The main goals are to see how the drug behaves in the body, if it's safe, and how it affects certain blood markers. About 104 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo (a dummy shot) while continuing their standard aspirin therapy.
