First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This early study aims to understand how stimulating nerves in the kidney affects the body's response before and after a procedure that quiets those nerves (renal denervation). About 19 adults with high blood pressure will take part. The goal is not to treat the condition directly, but to gather knowledge about how the nervous system controls blood pressure.
