NCT ID NCT06390371

First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study compares a new online survey (Spotlight AQ) to standard check-in forms for teens and young adults aged 16-25 with type 1 diabetes. Researchers want to see if using the survey before clinic visits leads to better blood sugar levels (A1c) and if patients and doctors find it helpful. About 60 participants will use the survey before two regular visits and share their feedback.
