Summary

This trial tests whether a 12-week program of sports-based cognitive games can improve attention and alter brain activity in young athletes. About 95 active athletes, aged 18-25, will be randomly assigned to either their usual training plus the game program, or their usual training alone. Before and after the program, researchers measure attention with a paper-and-pencil test and record brain waves from the forehead to see if the training changes the brain's attention-related activity.
