Cup stacking may boost brain health in dementia patients and ease caregiver stress

Summary
This study tests an 18-week program where people with mild dementia and their family caregivers do sport stacking (a fast cup-stacking game) together online. The goal is to see if it improves thinking skills, mood, and quality of life for both. About 144 pairs will join, with half doing the stacking program and half receiving basic dementia education.
