First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study tests whether a dietary supplement made from omega-3 and omega-6 fats (called SPMs) can reduce inflammation and improve blood vessel function in 60 adults with obesity and high blood pressure. Participants will take the supplement or a placebo for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if this natural approach can lower the leftover heart risk that remains even when blood pressure is controlled.
