Summary
This study tests a new device called the SPIRION Laryngeal Pacemaker in 20 people with bilateral vocal cord paralysis, a condition that narrows the airway and makes breathing difficult. The device is implanted to help open the vocal cords during breathing. The main goals are to check if the device is safe and if it improves the ability to breathe. Participants will be followed for two years after implantation.
