First seen Apr 06, 2026 · Last updated Apr 26, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tests a temporary implant that is placed inside the nose to straighten a crooked septum (the wall between nostrils) and help people breathe better. About 100 adults aged 21 to 70 who have not had prior nose surgery are taking part. The implant is designed to dissolve over time, and the main goal is to see if it safely improves nasal obstruction symptoms.
