Summary

This study compared two common drugs used to support blood pressure during spinal fusion surgery. Researchers randomly assigned 101 patients to receive either norepinephrine or phenylephrine during their operation. The goal was to see if one drug leads to better recovery, including less kidney injury, shorter hospital stays, or fewer complications after surgery.
