Doctors track new bone graft results in back surgery patients

Summary
This study is a registry that collects information on how well commercially available bone grafts work in real-world spinal fusion surgeries. It will follow about 450 patients who have already been scheduled for spine fusion surgery and whose surgeon has chosen to use an OssDsign bone graft. The main goal is to track how often the bones successfully fuse together and how patients' pain and quality of life change over two years after their operation.
