New pain block could ease recovery after spinal surgery
NCT ID NCT07326774
Summary
This study is observing whether a specific nerve block, given with ultrasound guidance, helps control pain after lumbar spine surgery. It will follow 60 adult patients to see if this block, used alongside standard pain medication, leads to less pain, lower opioid use, and fewer side effects like nausea. The goal is to gather real-world evidence on whether this technique improves recovery.
