First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 35 times

Summary

This study looked at how a specific type of spinal surgery (from the upper back down to the pelvis) changes the way children with scoliosis walk. Six children under 18 who could walk or stroll were followed for 6 months after surgery. Researchers measured walking quality, endurance, and daily function to see if the surgery helped.
