Spinal zaps may help failed back surgery patients walk again

Summary

This study tests whether spinal cord stimulation can improve walking in people with ongoing pain after back surgery (Failed Back Surgery Syndrome). Researchers will measure walking patterns in 36 adults before and after 6 months of stimulation. The goal is to see if this treatment eases symptoms and helps movement.
