Back pain after surgery? study aims to classify pain types to improve care

Summary

This study will enroll 200 adults who have ongoing low back pain for at least 3 months after back surgery. Researchers will classify each person's pain as nerve-related, muscle/joint-related, or other, and then compare how these pain types affect pain severity, disability, and quality of life. The goal is to better understand pain patterns so treatments can be more personalized in the future.
