Summary

This study explores how signals from the body to the brain affect major depressive disorder (MDD). Researchers will use a non-invasive spinal cord stimulation technique in 67 adults with MDD to see if it changes brain activity related to mood. The goal is to understand these pathways better and find new ways to treat depression.
