Summary
This study tested whether spinal stabilization exercises could help women with painful periods. Fifty women aged 18-30 with regular cycles and no childbirth history were split into two groups: one did the exercises, the other did not. Researchers measured pain, symptoms, and daily function before and after the program to see if the exercises made a difference.
