First seen May 11, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study looked at whether adding gentle spinal mobilization to a home exercise program could reduce neck pain and improve physical fitness in recreational tennis players. Thirty adults with mechanical neck pain took part. Half did only exercises at home, while the other half also received four sessions of spinal mobilization from a therapist over three weeks. The goal was to see if the combined approach led to better pain relief and fitness gains.
