First seen May 15, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a nerve block called erector spinae plane block (ESPB) can reduce the need for morphine after minimally invasive spinal fracture surgery. 86 adults will be randomly assigned to receive either the nerve block or a placebo. The main goal is to see if the block lowers morphine use in the first 24 hours after surgery.
