Summary
This study is testing whether an implanted electrical stimulator on the spinal cord can help people with long-term, severe neck-level spinal injuries. Researchers want to see if the device can safely improve automatic body functions like blood pressure control, bladder and bowel function, and overall quality of life. Participants will have the device implanted and their progress tracked for one year.
