Summary

This study tests whether a device that sends mild electrical pulses to the spinal cord, combined with daily rehab, can help people with chronic spinal cord injury regain walking ability. Twelve adults with partial paralysis will receive the implant and be followed for a year. The main goals are to see if the approach is safe and if it improves walking speed, distance, and independence.
