Summary

This study tests whether spinal cord stimulation (SCS) can reduce chronic limb pain caused by diabetic peripheral neuropathy. About 28 adults with diabetes and long-lasting leg or foot pain will receive an SCS device and be followed for 12 months. The main goal is to see how much pain relief they report and whether they feel their condition has improved.
