Tracking body signals to predict future health risks after spinal cord injury

NCT ID NCT07210437

Summary

This Mayo Clinic study aims to understand how the body's automatic functions like blood pressure control change after spinal cord injury. Researchers will monitor 18 people with recent or long-standing spinal cord injuries to see if these changes can predict who might develop additional health problems. The study involves detailed measurements of heart rate, blood pressure, and other body signals over time.
