Summary

This large observational study is collecting medical data and biological samples from 5,000 people with chronic spinal cord or traumatic brain injury, as well as family members and healthy volunteers. Researchers hope to build a rich database to better understand these conditions and pave the way for future treatments. Participants will not receive any experimental therapy.
