Can watching a video cure your spider fear?
NCT ID NCT07432945
Summary
This study tests two ways to help people with a fear of spiders. One group does a live therapy session with a real spider, another watches a therapy session over video chat, and a third group waits. Researchers will measure changes in fear, disgust, and willingness to approach spiders before, after, and six weeks later to see which method works best.
