Summary
This study tests whether an AI voice assistant can accurately capture health information from heart failure patients. About 100 adults receiving heart care at Stanford will use the tool to report their symptoms and well-being. Researchers will compare the AI's summaries to expert-reviewed responses to see if the tool is reliable and easy to use.
