Summary
This study is testing a new speech therapy approach for young children (6 months to 5 years old) with neurodevelopmental disabilities. It compares a parent-involved program that focuses on early social and communication skills against standard speech therapy. Researchers want to see if teaching parents to better understand and respond to their child's cues leads to greater improvements in communication and social interaction.
