Summary
This study looks at whether structured physical activity and play can help preschool children (ages 1-5) with cancer improve their motor skills and development. 82 children will be split into two groups: one gets hospital-based play sessions, and the other gets hospital play plus parent training and online home activities. The main goal is to measure changes in gross motor function after 9 months.
