Summary
This study is testing whether drinking Dachundou no-sugar-added soymilk daily can help lower cholesterol levels. It will involve 50 adults with high cholesterol who will drink two bottles of soymilk every day for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure cholesterol, blood pressure, and other health markers to see if the soymilk improves heart health.
