Summary
This study tested whether sound therapy could help reduce pain for women with fibromyalgia. Forty women participated, with half receiving relaxation sessions with sound therapy using tuning forks and half receiving relaxation alone. Researchers measured changes in pain, anxiety, and quality of life after three weekly sessions.
